The National Automation Meeting (ENA), hosted by the Federation of Industries of the State of Minas Gerais (FIEMG) at Expominas in Belo Horizonte, is one of the premier gathering points for the automation and industrial technology sector in Brazil.
Over two days (November 4 and 5), the event brings together managers, engineers, suppliers, experts, and students around the advancements driving manufacturing ecosystems. This year, ENA’s programming centers on the application of artificial intelligence, automation, IT, computer vision, digital twins, cloud, cybersecurity, and connectivity.
The event serves as a strategic space for knowledge dissemination, exchange of practical experience, and networking enhancement, enabling participants to identify opportunities for resource optimization, cost reduction, and new technology integration.

We will be in the exhibition area at Booth 106. Check out the main solutions we will be showcasing:
Nexto XF Series: compact controllers with high I/O density
The Nexto XF Series combines high processing performance and elevated point density in a compact and expandable format, offering up to 44 integrated points in a single controller. With an embedded Linux platform, firewall, and native virtualization capabilities via Docker, these controllers are ideal for edge computing applications, processing data directly in the field without compromising system response time.
Targeted at machine builders and integrators who require flexibility in tight electrical panel spaces, the Nexto XF Series supports various industrial communication protocols, such as CANopen, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, and MODBUS TCP/RTU, as well as an integrated web server for remote monitoring. Additionally, the conformal coating protection on its electronic circuit boards against humidity and corrosion ensures maximum durability and operational stability.
NX3008: a global CPU for your business
Designed to meet high-complexity demands in continuous and critical processes, the NX3008 is a high-performance CPU capable of managing over 2,000 I/O points and executing more than 1,000 PID loops in just 2 milliseconds.
The unit also features support for PROFINET ring networks (MRP), an embedded web server, and a Docker platform for application virtualization. This CPU guarantees the stability required for large-scale operations, such as chemical plants, power plants, and oil and gas facilities.
As the most robust unit in the Nexto NX Series, it is a complete solution delivering performance, connectivity, and versatility for a wide range of industrial requirements.
Nexto XP Series: IIoT technology for process control
Designed as a gateway to smart automation and the IIoT ecosystem, the Nexto XP Series brings together cost-effective controllers.
Featuring onboard inputs and outputs within the main unit, these controllers serve applications requiring high connectivity via modern protocols, such as MQTT and EtherNet/IP, enabling direct integration with databases and cloud systems.
Particularly recommended for the water and wastewater, building automation, and small-to-medium machine building sectors, the XP Series combines robust control capacity with remote supervision. Integrated cybersecurity mechanisms, including a built-in firewall, protect control infrastructure from unauthorized access, ensuring continuous and secure operation.

AD Drives: reliability and resistance for harsh environments
The AD Series variable frequency drives, available in the compact AD600 models and the high-performance AD700 series (with capacity up to 1,000 kW), offer advanced vector control for electric motors, alongside integrated energy-saving functions and sleep/wake modes.
The AD600 was developed to deliver precise, dynamic control over the speed and torque of AC electric motors. Featuring advanced vector control modes, the unit adjusts motor operation exactly to the load requirements at each stage of the process, eliminating start-up current spikes and reducing mechanical wear on components such as conveyors and gears.
The AD600’s primary impact on daily industrial operations lies in its high energy efficiency rates and significant reduction in power consumption across pump and fan drives. Its serial communication interface enables fast integration with plant PLCs and delivers clear diagnostics, facilitating preventive maintenance and preventing unplanned production downtime.

High speed communication with the Connect Switches
Connect switches provide the network infrastructure required to support shop floor data traffic with maximum reliability. Engineered to withstand severe thermal variations, electromagnetic noise, and continuous vibration, these devices maintain stable communication between sensors, controllers, drives, and enterprise supervisory systems.
Our portfolio encompasses unmanaged models, designed for simple, direct plug-and-play installation in isolated connection points, and managed models equipped with active cybersecurity features, port isolation, and traffic management. This flexibility enables organized network designs, preventing data bottlenecks and ensuring operational continuity.

The pursuit of higher productivity, connectivity, and operational sustainability relies on choosing the right technological solutions for each stage of the production process.
