Our Support Center counts on a logging system for doubts and failures with capacity to store customers’ history, offering specialized customer service in three levels:

Altus products are supported by a specialized team capable of performing repairs quickly and efficiently. We maintain a full stock of spare parts and offer an emergency repair service to minimize downtime and prevent disruptions in the customer production process.
