Built on Nexto System advanced programmable controllers, the automation system provides full supervision and control of critical production processes across the facility, including the Boiler, Scraper, Mercerizer, Sanforizer, and Extractor Washer.

By implementing products from the Nexto System, Altus’ most advanced series of programmable controllers, the project successfully replaced the plant’s obsolete automation infrastructure with a modern, high-performance platform. The new architecture delivers greater processing capacity, improved reliability, enhanced diagnostics, and long-term scalability, ensuring higher operational efficiency and sustained productivity gains.
