The project involves implementing automated devices at the start of the line to enhance efficiency and safety when installing components into the engine block. This advanced automation streamlines operations, making them faster and more precise, while also reducing downtime for maintenance and significantly boosting both quality and reliability.

As part of the process, devices are installed to rotate the engine block, simplifying component installation throughout the line. The architecture features Altus’ programmable controllers and HMIs, ensuring complete control and supervision of operations.
