Modernization of Blow Molding Machines

With an agile and robust automation architecture, the new continuous extrusion blow molding machines from Pavan Zanetti, one of the largest machine manufacturers in Latin America, now operate with Altus products and engineering expertise, elevating equipment performance and reliability.

Control Solution for the New Blow Molding Line

The implemented solution features a fully integrated rack based on the Nexto System, incorporating power supply modules, a high-performance CPU, and analog and digital I/O expansions. All components communicate seamlessly with the iX Series HMI, which provides the intuitive user interface for operation, monitoring, and parameter configuration.

This combination of advanced technologies, supported by the engineering expertise of the Altus team, enables precise control of forward and backward table movements and real-time adjustment of bottle wall thickness during the blow molding process.

With a response time of under 3 milliseconds, the system delivers exceptional speed, accuracy, and repeatability, significantly enhancing machine productivity and product quality.
